Live Concert Production

- Multiple cameras and operators are available.
- Transportation is included provided the shoot is in Manhattan.
- For a raw DVD transfer from tape, it will be an additional cost.
- Audio from the camera will be used or an analog feed (see below)
- We also provide a professional CD-quality audio recording. An analog feed will be provided from the audio engineer into
the camera for better sound. The client will receive a CD of his concert. Please

- For broadcast-quality videotape formats such as DigiBeta and HDCAM, please contact
us for a quote.
- Policies: Client will receive all videotapes at the end of the performance. Client must pay the full amount due at the end of the performance. ABP reserves the right to hold all
videotapes until payment is made in full. After two weeks of non-payment a
15% charge will be assessed. These rates are filming ONLY; any additional editing that is needed, or for multi-camera shoots is at an extra cost. Please see Post Production rates below for more information.

DVD Menu Design

DVD Cover Design
Asaf Blasberg Productions offers DVD cover design. This includes the front, side
and back cover of your DVD as well as the face label for the DVD disc itself. Please
contact us for a quote.
DVD Authoring
Authored DVD (very good quality, suitable for home viewing and sending to competitions
or managers)
DVD which includes professional CD-quality audio*, 2-pass variable bit rate encoding,
chapter points for each piece, and a simple play root menu
Master-grade Authored DVD (excellent quality, recommended for commercial DVD release)
DVD which includes professional CD-quality audio*, broadcast-quality hardware 2-pass
variable bit rate encoding with segment re-encoding, full quality control, up to
8 audio tracks, 32 subtitle tracks, 8 video angles, custom picture when user hits
STOP, custom-designed multi-level DVD menus, DDP data disc/DLT for replication,
advanced programming: please contact us for a quote.
* If the client paid for a CD-quality audio recording, a digital WAVE audio file
will be provided to Asaf Blasberg Productions which will be synchronized with the
video. It will replace the analog feed into the camera which was provided by the
audio engineer in the shoot. This method is a pure digital path which offers significantly
better, more professional and quieter soundtracks for your DVD.
** All tape digitizing and video editing fees will be waived if client footage is
from a live concert and no additional footage was needed to be filmed to correct
music mistakes afterwords. For a session recording, tape digitizing and video editing
fees will be billed hourly. This rate also applies to clients who need to synchronize
their concert videotape(s) with a professional audio recording provided on a CD
and does not need to be recorded with Asaf Blasberg Productions or Patrych Sound
Studios to qualify. Please note that we need to receive a CD-ROM
disc that contains either a single WAVE or AIFF audio file for the entire
concert or two files for the first half and the second half of the concert respectfully.
The file(s) should contain a bit-rate/sample-depth combination of either 16/48,
24/48 or 24/96. Sorry, CD audio discs recorded at 16-bit/44.1KHz will not be accepted.
